Your Privacy

We maintain a very strong commitment to your privacy. When we ask for your personal and/or company information, we do so in order to communicate with you regarding product inquiries, orders and/or shipping data. Your name and personal information will never be shared with any outside parties at any time.

Promotional E-mail

From time-to-time, we may send promotional offers and news via e-mail. You can, at any time, unsubscribe from this mailinglist by reading the instructions provided in the promotional e-mail itself.

Order Acceptance Policy

The receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Plus Power Group B.V. reserves the right, at any time after receipt of the order and without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. In order to protect our interests, all orders over USD $500,- must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit & Fraud Department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Backorders

Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have all items in stock. If your ordered item is not in stock it will be placed in backorder and shipped when the item is available. In this case we will always notice you of the backorder. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting Customer Service via e-mail at sales@ppg2.com.

Payment Options

Plus Power Group B.V. adheres to advanced payment options. Scared for fraud by us? Nonsense! We have too much to loose. Our family-owned company exists more than twenty five years. We depend on a good reputation, with extremely good services. We live up to our slogan "Not good? 100% replacement or money back". We exhibit on international fairs like the IMB in Cologne (Köln, Germany) in 1991, 1994 and in 2000. We advertise worldwide in more than 5 international Apparel Journals.

VAT (sales taxation)

Plus Power Group B.V., established in The Netherlands, is by law obligated to withhold 19% sales tax (VAT) for each invoiced order to every private person living in an EU country and to each company established within the EU. Companies within the EU with a correct VAT-number, will be exempted from this 19% sales tax (VAT). Companies outside the EU, will be automatically exempted from this 19% sales tax (VAT). Please fill out your VAT-number (if applicable) when registering. We will then verify your VAT-number and disable the VAT for your account within 1 working day. Private persons outside the EU will also be invoiced with 19% sales tax (VAT).

Shipping Policy

We have a strong commitment to the Incoterms 2000. These are made up by the International Chamber of Commerce (www.iccwbo.org) which is the world business organization. Incoterms make international trade easier and help traders in different countries to understand one another. These standard trade definitions that are most commonly used in international contracts are protected by ICC copyright.

All our shipments will be shipped based on the Incoterms 2000: CPT (Carriage Paid To). "Carriage paid to..." means that the seller delivers the goods to the carrier nominate by him but the seller must in addition pay the cost of carriage necessary to bring the goods to the named destination. This means that the buyer bears all risk and other costs occurring after the goods have been so delivered.

There will be an automatic charge of USD $18,00 to your account for any shipment that is refused. Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 12:00pm GMT, Monday - Friday, if the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. Plus Power Group B.V. does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. NOTE: Due to restrictions of UPS we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes when selected UPS during your order process. All shipments are subject to stock availability.

Product Guarantee

We offer only the finest products available and we go to great lengths to meet the highest possible standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable and fast shipping plus exceptional customer services. Plus Power Group B.V. products are backed by each manufacturer's individual service and support warranties. If you should have a problem, question or concern, please contact us. We accept returns within 15 days of your invoice date. See also our Return Policy.

Return Policy

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after invoice date, you may return it for a refund or an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must contact our Returns Department via e-mail within thirty (30) days after your invoice date. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service may vary depending upon manufacturer and product. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items returned must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty slips, documentation and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All items being returned must be received at our warehouse within ten (10) business days (two (2) calendar weeks). All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within thirty (30) days after the invoice date.

Manufacturers Warranty

Anytime after the first thirty (30) days of invoice, all returns and replacements to us, are shipped to and will be evaluated and handled, directly by the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufactures. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
